The processes of contact execution and InstaVector clients servicing are based on the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, RF Law "On securities market" (adopted on April 22, 1996), RF Law "On commodity exchanges and exchange trade (adopted in February 20, 1992), RF Law "On investors rights and legitimate interests protection on securities market” (adopted on March 5, 1999 revised and expanded), regulatory system of the Federal Securities Market Commission, other federal laws and normative acts of the RF Government, Federal Securities Market Commission, Federal Financial Markets Service, and normal business practice.

Contract relations between the client and InstaVector can be established either at the company’s office or distantly.

Kaliningrad city residents are welcome to our company’s office. We will help you compile all the documents. We are located in the business centre Paris of the Europa Centre complex, enter from the Leninskiy prospect (the right side of the building), office №516. In order to avoid queueing, please make an appointment by phone: 61-64-58. Pay attention that the working time of InstaVector is 9:00-18:00 GMT+3 on workdays. Lunch break is 13:00-14:00 GMT+3.

If you do not live in Kaliningrad and cannot visit our office, you can download and look through the documents by yourself, make sure that InstaVector has a sufficient capital base on the corresponding page. In compliance with the Federal Financial Markets Service requirements, the capital base must equal not less than 35 million rubles.
